Data Deletion

This page describes how to delete the data associated with your connected social media accounts (Instagram Business, Facebook, LinkedIn) from the Metrify platform. It also serves as the Data Deletion callback address for Meta applications. You can have your data deleted in three ways: by disconnecting the account in the app (optionally with a full deletion of all platform data and a confirmation code), by removing the app in your Facebook / Instagram settings, or by writing to privacy@metrify.uz.

What data we store for connected accounts

• the account identifier and name, public statistics (followers, reach);
• access tokens for social network APIs (stored in encrypted form);
• content published through the Platform and the metrics associated with it.

Method 1. On your own, in the app

Log in to Metrify, open the “Accounts” section, select the account you need and click “Disconnect”. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access tokens from our system. If you enable the “Also delete all data received from the platform” option in the disconnect dialog, the account record, its metrics and its publishing history are deleted at the same time, and you receive a confirmation code whose status can be checked on this page.

Method 2. Via Facebook / Instagram

Open Facebook settings → “Settings & privacy” → “Settings” → “Apps and websites”, find the Metrify app and remove it. Facebook will automatically send us a data deletion request (Meta Data Deletion Callback), and you will receive a confirmation code. Such requests are executed immediately upon receipt; the 30-day period remains only as the outer legal bound for removing data from backups. You can check the status of the request on this page via a link with the ?code=… parameter.

Method 3. By request

Write to privacy@metrify.uz from the e-mail address linked to your account, specifying which data should be deleted. We will process the request and respond within 10 business days at the latest.
