Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this Policy governs

This Policy describes how the Metrify platform (metrify.uz, hereinafter the "Platform", "we") collects, uses, stores and protects users' personal data. The Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of July 2, 2019 and other applicable regulations.

2. What data we collect

Account data: name, e-mail address, password (stored as an irreversible hash), interface language, and your Telegram identifier when you sign in via Telegram.
Organization data: company name, type (agency / business), team composition and member roles.
Lead data: information that visitors of landing pages leave in forms (name, phone, e-mail, message). The owner of this data is the User who created the funnel; Metrify acts as a processor on that User's behalf.
Connected account data: public statistics of channels and pages (followers, reach, engagement) and access tokens for social network APIs.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies and activity logs — for security and service improvement.

3. Purposes of processing

providing Platform features and support;
performing the contract (public offer) and billing;
generating channel analytics for the blogger catalog;
preventing fraud, artificial inflation of metrics and abuse;
service notifications; marketing e-mails — only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw in one click.

4. Where data is stored

In accordance with the requirements of Article 27-1 of the Law "On Personal Data", personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is processed and stored on servers physically located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Backups are encrypted. Access to data is restricted to employees who need it to perform their job duties.

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with: payment providers (Payme, Click, Uzum, Paddle) — to process payments; social network APIs — to publish content on the User's behalf; and government authorities — upon a lawful request in the manner prescribed by law.

When you connect Instagram and Facebook accounts, we process data in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and the Instagram Platform Policy, and when you connect LinkedIn — in accordance with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. We request only the permissions (scopes) required for the features you have ordered and use the obtained tokens solely to carry out your instructions.

When you disconnect an account in the Platform interface, remove the Metrify app in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or send a deletion request, all Platform Data received from Meta Platform — access tokens, profile information, follower counts, post metrics and insights — is deleted. Deletion requests received via Meta's Data Deletion Callback are executed immediately; the status of a request can be checked on the data deletion page.

6. Cookies

The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies (session, interface language) and analytics cookies to improve the product. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may become unavailable as a result.

7. Retention periods and deletion

Account data is stored until the User deletes the account and for 30 days afterwards — to allow recovery. Lead data is stored for as long as the funnel-owning User keeps it. Financial documents are stored for the periods established by accounting legislation. You can delete connected social account data and revoke access tokens at any time — see the data deletion page.

8. Rights of the personal data subject

You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data, to demand its rectification, blocking or destruction, and to withdraw your consent to processing. Send requests to privacy@metrify.uz — we will respond within 10 business days.

9. Changes to this Policy

We give notice of material changes by e-mail and in the Platform interface at least 10 days before the new version takes effect. The current version is always available at metrify.uz/legal/privacy.
