Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Metrify platform (metrify.uz, hereinafter the “Platform”, the “Service”, “we”). By starting to use the Service, you agree to these Terms, as well as to the Privacy Policy and the Public Offer. Commercial terms (plans, payment, refunds) are set out in the Public Offer; in the event of any discrepancy regarding payment matters, the Offer prevails.

2. Description of the Service

Metrify is a platform for SMM agencies and brands: a catalog of channels and bloggers, a unified inbox, an order pipeline, content planning and publishing, analytics, and tracking of influencer ad placements (seeding campaigns). Some features require connecting accounts of external services (Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn) via the protocols of those services.

3. Account

  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all actions performed under your account.
  • The Service is available to persons over 18 years of age or who have reached the age at which they may independently enter into contracts under applicable law.

4. Connecting Social Media Accounts

By connecting a Telegram, Instagram, or LinkedIn account, you grant the Platform the right to act on your behalf within the scope of the permissions (scopes) you have granted: publishing content, reading public statistics, and receiving incoming messages. Data obtained through the Meta Platforms and LinkedIn APIs is used in accordance with the rules of the respective platforms:

  • the Meta Platform Terms and the Instagram Platform Policy — for Instagram Business;
  • the LinkedIn API Terms of Use — for LinkedIn.

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account in the “Accounts” section, and you may also delete the associated data — see Data Deletion. Access tokens are stored in encrypted form and are used solely to carry out your instructions.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for:

  • sending spam, artificially inflating metrics, or operating bot networks;
  • publishing content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of third parties;
  • circumventing social media API restrictions or violating their rules;
  • attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or placing excessive load on the infrastructure.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service without a refund of amounts paid.

6. User Content

You retain the rights to the content you publish. You grant the Platform a limited license to process, store, and transmit such content to social networks solely for the purpose of providing the services. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the materials you publish.

7. Availability and Changes to the Service

We strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions related to maintenance, failures of external APIs, or force majeure circumstances. We reserve the right to develop and change the functionality of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for lost profits or for the actions of external platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Telegram), including account suspensions and changes to their rules and APIs. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the services during the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access in the event of a violation of these Terms. The handling of data after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Contacts
